So Much Time... So Little To Do.

I never thought I would say I love not really having any obligations. I am back in Charlottesville, VA and all I HAVE TO DO is diving practicing. I have morning workout 4 days a week and afternoon practice 4 days a week (through next week). I thought I was going to be working at the AFC, but since I did't know I was going to be here this week, I couldn't sign up for shifts. When I found out I was not going to go to Georgia for a dive meet, it was too late to sign up; everything was taken. So, during my free time, I have been hanging out at Starbucks and getting quite a bit of work done. I have been taking pictures everyday and hanging out with friends. I have been reading some and writing some and thinking about a lot of things that could determine my future career in photography (hopefully). I have had a blast being back here and not having to worry about anything.
School doesn't start for another two weeks, so I have a lot of time to get more stuff done. I have gone out everyday and taken pictures, which has been awesome!! There are some up in the photo area. I have also started a blog that shows a photo a day. I know a lot of people do this, so I thought I would try it. It's really easy to do now, when I don't have much going on, but it's going to be harder when I get back into school and things start to get crazy again.

Hey! That IS unusual for you to have a little break from your busy schedule, & it looks like you're filling it with good stuff! :-) I thought of you as I was shoveling our driveway today... whew! I was pooped! And I think of you every time I drive in and out of the garage!! Thank you so-o-o much for clearing it for us!! I'm coming to realize why people hose out their garages now & then ... the dirty melting snow that the car brings in gets sort of messy. Guess I'll have to stop in the drive & knock the chunks off before I go in. That's ok... it's still worth it, not having to scrape & clear every morning! Thanks again-n-n!
Be good, enjoy the day, pray for Dad in Russia & practice hard. :-)
Love, Mom
